How do parents access to the Star Mall?

Option 1:
Parents are notified when their children initiate point exchanges through the student app.
They can then confirm the exchange, provide an address if necessary, pay for the delivery fee, or choose to cancel the transaction.
Option 2:
Parents can initiate an exchange from the parent app by accessing the "Personal Center."
From there, they can view their Starpoints balance, review their exchange history, and initiate a new exchange.
When they find a product or service they wish to redeem, the process is similar to Option 1: they confirm the delivery address and make the required payment.

What goes well
-
Increased Participation: The project has seen a significant rise in student and parent involvement. The points system motivates them to attend classes and engage in educational activities, leading to better attendance and student motivation.
-
Diverse Product Range: Users appreciate the wide selection of redemption products. They find items that genuinely interest them, and the regular addition of new, appealing products keeps the redemption program fresh and engaging.
What didn't go well
-
Point Accumulation Balance: ensuring the transparency and accuracy of the point accumulation process is vital. Addressing discrepancies promptly is essential to maintain trust and user satisfaction, as some users may encounter issues with their earned points.
-
Communication: Enhancing communication channels is crucial. It's essential not only to address user concerns and feedback but also to proactively inform users about changes, updates, and new offerings to keep them informed and engaged.
